I retired June 30, 2004. June and I travelled 14 months on our 39 ft. Trawler and circumnavigated the Eastern U.S. From Lake Michigan, Illinois River, Mississippi River, Ohio River, Tombigbee river, to Mobile bay, then we crossed the Gulf of Mexico to Tarpon Springs, FL. From there we followed the Intracoastal Waterway around Florida up to New York, The Erie Canal, Oswego Canal, crossed Lake Ontario, then the Trent Severn waterway thru Canada to Georgian Bay, Mackinaw, and back to South Haven, Michigan where we began 14 months earlier. We now travel full time with our 5th wheel travel trailer. WE have travelled in 49 States and four Canadian Provinces. P.S. Our permanent mailing address is Crestview, FL, However, we spend 7 months or so traveling and recently winter in Tucson, AZ..... June, 2017: moved to Ft Wayne, IN where sons and grandson live.
