Karen died April, 11, 2015. She resided in Miami Township, Ohio. Survivors include her husband Gary Smith, three daughters, and three grandsons. Visitation is Friday, April 17, from 6-8 PM at Sanner Funeral Home in West Carrollton. Funeral service is Saturday, April 18, at the Mausoleum Chapel at David's Cemetary at 10:00 with burial to follow. Memorial contributions are to Hospice of Dayton. Obit is in the DDN April 15, 2015.
