First got to know Susan in Myron McKelvey's seveth grade class at Barnes Junior High. Dated her a few times but we were always just friends. Here are a few memories...

Susan's father George was general manager for Parkmoor drive in restaurants when I first knew her. He was very knowledgeable about food preparation and had made films of commercial large scale food preparation and came to our school and showed them.

In high school Susan was interested in singing and recording her own record. Don't remember if that ever got completed but she had a big record collection that included uneleased promo records that were given to disk jockeys.

Susan attended Miami University in art education and called me in the fall of 1967. She was back home doing her student teaching and had a fellow student staying with her. She wanted to introduce us. Patricia Haber later became my first wife.

Over the years, I lost touch with Susan but will always remember her as a wonderful, kind and caring person.
