I didn't know John taht well till I was married and had my first girl that his mother took care of while I worked part time.  He had a great mom named Daisy.  John had had a bout of cancer by that time, but that did not stop him. He bacame a great skier and sports enthusiast.  Did any of you remember him form his Ski Shop that he ownewd or from skii club.  I became a skii instructor at Bellbrook ski hills called Sugar Creek Ski Hills.  So all of us frequented his shop and we all went on trips together.  Melissa, my oldest daughter worked at his shop in HS.  Everyone loved John.

John did not let his illness slow him down.  He was always on the go and many times in a hurry.  I visited John's ski shop several times as I was on Ski Patrol at Sugar Creek before leaving Dayton but unfortunately never went on a ski trip with him.  John always had an upbeat attitude.
