Shelley died February 9, 2013

Shelley was the beloved daughter of Alice and the late Thomas Burton. She was the oldest of four children: Cindy Burton, Ted (Susan) Burton, and Mary Anne (James) Marshall. Her career as a retail district sales manager took her from Dayton, Ohio to St. Louis, Missouri, Kansas City, Kamsas, and ultimately to San Francisco. In her thirties, she left behind the corporate lifestyle; reinvented herself and began driving a cab for Veterans Cab Company, a job which she loved because it allowed her to meet new people and freedom to work when she liked. Shelley will be deeply missed by friends and family across the country.
